Responsibilities Prepare and finalize files for print (offset, digital, large format) and digital delivery, including adhering to technical specifications and vendor requirements Perform preflight checks (bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, resolution, font embedding) and implement mechanical layouts with pixel-perfect precision Adapt assets for web, social, email, and digital advertising, and prepare Canva templates and Figma files for developer handoff Apply brand standards across deliverables, identify and fix corrections and inconsistencies Maintain organized file naming, versioning, and filing structures, and keep brand asset libraries up-to-date Collaborate with designers and creative directors, monitor schedules, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements 1–3 years of experience in production or production design within an agency, studio, or in-house creative team Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma (Canva experience is a plus) Deep understanding of print production (color theory, file specifications, prepress) as well as typography, layout, and grid systems Experience collaborating with pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology companies (e.g., cybersecurity, data technology) is preferred High attention to detail, proactive quality control, and ability to meet deadlines in a time-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and openness to constructive feedback Benefits Compensation: Salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited paid vacation + studio holidays Fully remote with a semi-flexible working time model Collaborative, creativity-driven studio culture and opportunities for professional development Diverse projects and clear studio growth / career paths
