ABOUT YOUR POSITION As a Data Analyst at UPSTART, you will apply your analytical skills to handle (sub-) projects and derive critical success metrics for continuous improvement. You will have full responsibility for customer insights and convey relevant data to your team. YOUR TASKS You are responsible for independently developing tools to aggregate large datasets. You analyze the datasets, derive corresponding concepts and action recommendations from them, and coordinate their implementation with your team. You prepare your results in the form of impactful presentations and present them to management. Supporting project managers by providing relevant key figures completes your range of tasks. You bring a self-reliant, meticulous, and structured way of working. Your excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus. You have practical or professional experience. You have a confident and approachable appearance. You present yourself with a well-groomed appearance.
