Content Manager / Social Media Manager to Folket Bemanning for Elon Group

We collaborate with companies to help them strengthen their operations with the right talent. Right now we are looking for a Content Manager / Social Media Manager for Elon Group. ABOUT THE ROLE As Content Manager / Social Media Manager at Elon Group you are responsible for the company's organic presence on social media as well as content in owned channels for Sweden and Norway. You also work closely with an external agency on paid social and have a good understanding of how organic and paid content work together. You plan, coordinate and execute the daily communication on channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. This means publishing content, writing copy and ensuring that the communication is in line with established strategies and KPIs. You have overall responsibility for content planning and the content calendar, acting as a central link between internal teams and the external media agency. In this role, together with the external agency, you are responsible for translating strategy into operational work and for ensuring it is activated, followed up and developed in day-to-day work. You work closely with several parts of the organization, including B2C, B2B, owned brands and marketing teams in both Sweden and Norway. The role involves many points of contact and a strong focus on coordination, structure and execution. You will also contribute operationally by writing audience-adapted texts for social media and simpler web content, and by participating in the planning and execution of campaigns together with internal resources and the agency. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role within content or social media. You are used to working in a coordinating role and enjoy having many points of contact and collaborations. You have a good understanding of social media and how content drives both engagement and business value. You work in a structured way based on set strategies and KPIs. As a person you are structured, self-driven and confident in your competence. You have the ability to drive work forward and keep several parallel initiatives together. You are analytical and result-oriented and enjoy working based on set goals and strategies. You are goal-focused, meticulous, solution-oriented and unpretentious. You have a cheerful and positive attitude as well as a good sense of quality and service. You are equally comfortable coordinating and following up as you are writing copy and publishing content yourself. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different functions and where you are a natural contact person on social media matters. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience working in a similar role within content or social media - Experience working in a coordinating or project-managing role - Experience collaborating with an agency - Experience publishing content on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and preferably YouTube - Strong ability to write copy for social media and simpler web texts - Understanding of how content contributes to business goals and KPIs - Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and stakeholders MERITORIOUS - Experience of Meta Business Manager and advertising - Experience working closely with e-commerce or business-driven goals ABOUT ELON GROUP Elon Group is one of the Nordic region's leading players in consumer electronics and white goods, with operations in both Sweden and Norway.
