What to expect? End-to-end project responsibility: Plan, control and monitor projects in product development (milestone plan, resource management, work breakdown structure, schedule, budget, etc.). Take on responsibility as a project manager in an international environment of e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation and defense. Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of systems, hardware, software and mechanics. Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools, build a high-performance PMO and develop metrics for progress tracking. Supplier & stakeholder management: Coordinate procurement, quality, development, production and external partners, prepare reports for management and manage escalations. Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study. At least 1 year of professional experience in project management as well as a basic technical understanding. Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus. Strong communication and moderation skills, assertiveness, structured way of working, hands-on mentality. Willingness to travel for national project assignments at our clients.
