ABOUT YOUR POSITION As a Consultant (m/f/d) in Cost Management, numbers are your world and that is exactly what makes you so valuable to us! You control the costs incurred by a product or process over an entire cycle. You prepare forecasts, controls and optimizations for all incurred costs, always with the aim of guaranteeing the highest standard of quality while keeping costs low. YOUR TASKS You are responsible for increasing performance, cost efficiency and innovation capability for various clients. You optimize costs in hardware and software products through process analysis. You also optimize the supply chain, design and production. Your day-to-day work is complemented by collaboration with the respective client project managers and project stakeholders. YOUR MINDSET You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You enjoy working independently. You like to continue learning. YOUR PROFILE You have a completed degree in engineering, economics or natural sciences. Ideally you bring professional experience in drive technology, E‑Mobility and future technologies. You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working. You are familiar with both statistical and methodological solution approaches. You bring extensive process and numerical understanding. You have a high degree of cost awareness. Your enthusiasm lies in innovation, technology and current trends. You can identify with creativity and empathy. You are assertive, strong in communication, capable of handling conflicts, and have planning and organizational talent. You possess teamwork skills, mobility, flexibility and willingness to travel. You bring practical or professional experience. You have a confident and likeable manner and present a well-groomed appearance.
