Tasks Developing and maintaining the multi-year roadmap for integration solutions (file exchanges, SSO/Identity, real-time APIs). Building and evolving a scalable integration platform with standards, governance, and reusable patterns. Introducing and promoting self-service functionalities for partners and internal teams to accelerate onboarding processes. Evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and managing investments in integration tools and platforms. Ensuring operational excellence: SLAs, KPIs, observability, incident management, and compliance standards. Leading and building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and ensuring cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, client services, and sales. Executive reporting on portfolio health, delivery progress, risks, and measurable business impacts. Requirements 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, product management, platform engineering, or enterprise integrations. Deep expertise in integration architectures: file exchanges, EDI, SSO/identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), APIs, and automation frameworks. Proven success in building scalable, self-service integration platforms and reducing manual engineering dependencies. Experience in selecting and implementing enterprise-level integration platforms. Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and ability to influence and align technical and business stakeholders. Extensive analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
