About us SABOTEUR is the youngest member of the THOMAS SABO brand universe – behind it are Thomas Sabo, his son Santiago and his wife Rita. It is not a classic line-extension label, but an independent world: spiritual, avant-garde and deeply connected to what jewelry can mean. We are looking, starting immediately, for a Brand Development Talent (m/w/d) at our headquarter in Lauf an der Pegnitz who is eager to actively help build and further develop a brand in the piercing & jewelry area. The focus is not a classic corporate profile, but a person with creative energy, a genuine affinity for the scene and the drive to make things visibly happen. Your mission - Build and further develop the SABOTEUR brand through a clear brand strategy, positioning and consistent implementation across all channels, with a clear focus on sales growth and distribution success - Identify and use market and consumer insights to position the brand distinctively in the jewelry and luxury segment - Develop a consistent, emotional brand storytelling that makes the brand tangible across all touchpoints - Manage integrated campaigns (digital, social, PR, events, partnerships) to increase brand awareness, relevance and community - Build and manage a strong partner network (agencies, creators, external partners) to effectively implement the brand strategy - Drive data-driven brand development through analysis of KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement and revenue - Spot trends and cultural developments early to continuously develop SABOTEUR and keep it relevant - Ensure compliance with all hygiene requirements in the piercing room of SABOTEUR stores - Independently conduct SABOTEUR trainings - Coordinate and organize TÜV inspections for SABOTEUR Your profile - Professional experience in marketing, brand management, e-commerce or an agency environment is an advantage – however, motivation, willingness to learn and drive are decisive - Strong affinity for piercings, tattoos and subcultural topics, combined with a sense for aesthetics, trends and luxury - Creative thinking and interest in storytelling and brand building - Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in independently implementing and driving projects forward - Basic understanding of brands, consumer behavior and marketing mechanics or the motivation to acquire this know-how quickly - Structured and reliable working style and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel - Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different interfaces - Very good German and English skills - Willingness to travel occasionally for projects, store activities or events Why us?
