About the company BPM's Enterprise Technology Solutions Team is looking for an AI/ML Engineer. The team is building a new, AI-focused development group that integrates AI models and tools into daily operations to deliver measurable business benefit. The role focuses on deploying AI at scale within the organization rather than as an experiment. Responsibilities Design and develop AI‑powered applications (e.g., Chatbots, Copilots, workflow automations). Embed AI solutions into operational processes across Tax, Assurance, Advisory and Corporate Services. Identify use cases that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy and shorten delivery times. Productionalize and scale models and tools to deliver real business value. Work with business areas to implement solutions from identified opportunities. Help shape processes while building the new AI development team. Requirements Experience building and operating AI/ML solutions in production environments. Strong software development skills and knowledge of MLOps/deployment pipelines. Experience developing chatbots, assistant systems or workflow automations.
