Instructor / Lecturer for First Aid Courses (m/f/d) as Maternity Cover

Responsibilities Planning and conducting first aid and emergency preparedness courses (EHSH). Training of school first-aiders. Conducting internal refresher courses for first-aid personnel. Delivering training at our office in Berlin-Neukölln as well as in-house courses at the customer's premises. Guiding and training young people in the BFD/FSJ to become first aid instructors. Completion of mandatory hours in medical/first-aid services. Co-designing and further developing our training offerings – bring your own topics and areas of focus. If appropriately qualified: conducting courses in English and training fire protection assistants. Profile What we require: Valid qualification as a first aid instructor, QSEH approval. Class B driving license (for travel to in-house courses). Enjoyment in conveying knowledge and promoting practice-oriented learning. Confident demeanor and enthusiasm for working with people. Independent and reliable way of working. Identification with the values of the ASB: solidarity, tolerance and humanity. Would be advantageous: Advanced training in first aid for pediatric emergencies. Fluent spoken and written English (for conducting English-language courses).
