Atlassian Architect – Cloud Migrations (m/f/d)
What we're looking for As an Atlassian Architect - Cloud Migrations (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for the strategic planning and assessment of complex Atlassian migrations in the enterprise environment. You act as a Trusted Advisor, analyze system landscapes and develop scalable migration strategies. You will work closely with Presales, Delivery and Consulting and further advance our cloud and migration portfolio. You will also position yourself as a technical thought leader in the area of Atlassian Cloud & Migration, continuously develop our approaches and actively contribute to the visibility of catworkx in the market. What you'll do Migration Assessments & Strategy: Conducting and leading assessments as well as developing migration strategies and roadmaps. Customer Advisory & Workshops: Facilitating discovery workshops and aligning with stakeholders at various levels. Architecture & Analysis: Analyzing system landscapes, integrations and risks. Strategic Recommendations: Deriving and presenting recommended courses of action up to C-level. Presales Support: Contributing to the development and positioning of migration solutions. Collaboration: Close coordination with Presales, Delivery and Consulting and taking on a central interface role between strategy, implementation and operations. Development & Mentoring: Expanding best practices as well as supporting consultants and actively further developing methods, standards and migration approaches within the company. Thought Leadership: Building expertise in the market through contributions to webinars, industry events or customer formats and supporting the further development of our cloud and migration portfolio. What you bring Several years of experience in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, ideally JSM). Experience in an Architect, Lead or comparable role with a focus on conceptual and strategic work (not pure implementation). Solid knowledge of Cloud and/or Data Center migrations. Strong understanding of system architectures, integrations and complex IT landscapes. Confident presence in customer contact, including at management and C-level. Experience moderating workshops and in stakeholder management. Ability to present technical concepts convincingly and to actively position them in presales or consulting contexts.
