Executive Assistant to Management (w/m/d)

What we're looking for You proactively support management in all organizational and administrative tasks of day-to-day business. As a central communication and information hub, you coordinate exchanges with internal and external stakeholders. You independently manage all travel arrangements for management – from booking to expense reporting. You take ownership of internal organizational projects and drive them forward. You plan and coordinate appointments, meetings and deadlines – always keeping an overview and a sense of priorities. You prepare documents for meetings (such as minutes, presentations and analyses) independently and in a structured manner, both before and after meetings. In addition, you actively support office management – from telephone and e-mail correspondence to mail handling, filing and ordering – and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment. On-site activities in Vienna are to be planned individually and in coordination with management. You have several years of experience in an assistant role. Very good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). You have very good German and English skills. Experience in the service sector, preferably in IT services. You work in a structured way; independent working and taking responsibility suit you – with a high standard of quality, discretion and results. Openness and a polite manner toward customers and colleagues come naturally to you. You enjoy working in a team; achieving a common goal motivates you. What we offer Attractive salary: The full-time annual salary consists of 14 monthly payments and corresponds to EUR 3,000.00 gross/month, with willingness to pay above this depending on qualifications.
