To support our growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator to assist with internal coordination, appointment scheduling, and the logistics of meetings and events. Tasks Organization of team appointments, meetings, and travel. Preparing records and reports for internal and external meetings. Following up on tasks and agreements from meetings. Updating calendars and planning documents. Preparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings. Managing and updating physical and digital archives. Assisting in managing contracts and institutional documents. Coordinating information for audits, reports, and internal processes. Ensuring compliance with administrative and documentary procedures. Supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events. Managing bookings, suppliers, and logistical materials. Communicating with participants and partners before and after events. Ensuring the smooth running of events. Collaborating with the Programs, Finance, and Communications departments. Optimizing internal processes and tools. Contributing to creating a collaborative and efficient working environment. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in administrative tasks or operations coordination. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Office tools. Competence in preparing records and reports. Native Spanish speaker, advanced English level. Experience working with diverse teams, discretion, and teamwork skills.
