Responsibilities Lead sales activities for Appspace Employee Comms in the assigned territory. Identify and acquire new customers and perform upselling/cross-selling with existing customers in collaboration with account teams. Work with strategic technology and channel partners to expand existing partnerships and develop new ones. Create and implement innovative business plans with partners and the channel community to achieve targets. Present and demonstrate the Appspace solution in early sales stages and coordinate additional resources as needed. Build and convert pipeline from various sources and establish reference customers. Accurately forecast the pipeline and report on opportunities in the area of responsibility. Negotiate with partners and customers following a win/win philosophy and represent Appspace at trade shows and events. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT environment (hardware, software, networking); SaaS sales experience preferred. Deep experience selling Employee-Comms solutions to buyers in HR, corporate communications, and IT. Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Administration or Computer Science/IT). Entrepreneurial mindset: energetic, self-starting, and experienced in solution and relationship selling. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer, partner, and prospect relationships and confident presentation skills at the senior level. Experience with team selling, business and financial understanding to qualify opportunities, and with sales strategies (discovery, qualification, negotiation, closing).
