Purpose of the Role Promote the importance of life insurance to internal life insurance agents and expand the subscription rate Plan and promote strategies that connect sales branches with all customers Support the promotion of life insurance at sales branches Responsibilities [Promotion Planning for Internal Life Insurance Agents and Sales Organization] Plan and manage sales strategies, educational materials, and promotions for internal life insurance agents who handle life insurance [Marketing and Data Analysis] Analyze market trends and sales performance data to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding sales to existing customers; direct customer engagement Key Stakeholders Internal Stakeholders (within the AIG organization): AIG General Insurance Company External Stakeholders (outside the AIG organization): Various life insurance companies Required Skills and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Qualifications/Licenses [Qualifications] FP designation level 3 or higher, life insurance agent qualification (General Course) *Candidates without these qualifications must take the exams after joining (exam fees will be covered by the company) [Skills] Basic PC skills (data aggregation in Excel, presentation materials creation in PowerPoint) Work Experience Practical experience in the life insurance industry, either with corporate or individual customers (sales experience or experience in sales promotion/planning at a head office) Project management experience At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
