In this role you will become a central member of our trainer team and help ensure that our service technicians are optimally prepared for their work. Teach hands-on: Explain technical content clearly, using many practical examples. Design & deliver training: Prepare, lead and enliven courses with interactive methods. Individual support: Identify development needs and conduct targeted, individual trainings for existing technicians to build strengths and reduce weaknesses. Ensure quality: Make trainings sustainably effective with your enthusiasm and presentation skills. Feedback & development: Provide feedback, optimize content and contribute new ideas. WHAT YOU BRING Technical or pedagogical/psychological background: Vocational training, technician or master craftsman in a trade, ideally in heating, ventilation, sanitary technology or refrigeration technology. Vocational training or degree with a psychological or pedagogical focus (ideally oriented towards adult education) and a very high technical affinity. Experience in knowledge transfer (e.g. as a trainer, instructor, lecturer or onboarding new colleagues). Ability to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand and motivating way. Basic digital skills (MS Office) and openness to digital teaching methods. Team spirit, initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
