Job Purpose: This role focuses on executing IT reform projects led by the business as a Project Manager. It involves delivering projects from initiation to completion in compliance with proper governance and agile methodologies. Job Responsibilities: Drive programs from initiation to realization of business benefits. Act as a control point to track and manage issues, preempt risks, and ensure project success. Support the Transformation Services Lead through timely insights and reporting on project challenges and developments. Thoroughly manage programs with structured planning, RAID logs, governance, and steering committees. Required Skills and Experiences: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Qualifications: - Skills: Strong analytical and facilitation skills to solve business problems and drive transformation. Strong communication skills, internal and external, and influential presentation abilities. - Abilities: Native-level Japanese reading and writing; business-level English reading and writing (speaking preferred). - Personality/Disposition: High interpersonal orientation and customer-centric attitude. - Qualifications: Project-related certifications are preferred (e.g., PMP, Scrum). Work Experience: Approximately 5 years of project management experience (consulting experience is a plus).
