Responsibilities: - Work on improving the agile maturity and performance of the squads, contributing to the structuring and monitoring of execution cycles through data analysis, initiative organization, and the promotion of continuous improvement. - Support the structuring of execution plans, contributing to goal setting, defining indicators, and organizing actions. - Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support diagnostics and decision-making. - Monitor the progress of the squads' initiatives, promoting visibility, organization, and consistency in execution. - Track performance indicators, helping to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement. - Support the generation of insights from data, contributing to the continuous improvement of squad performance. - Follow up on actions, helping to identify obstacles and drive continuous delivery improvements. - Assist in breaking down OKRs, ensuring a connection with initiatives and clarity of expected results. - Contribute to the agile maturity of the squads by promoting good practices and operational consistency. Requirements: - Systemic vision with the ability to connect business, technology, and agility in the execution context. - Hands-on profile with a strong focus on data analysis, organization, and initiative follow-up. - Solid experience working with agile teams. - Knowledge of discovery processes and upstream practices. - Experience with performance indicators, flow metrics, and data analysis to support decision-making. - Experience in breaking down OKRs into tactical levels and tracking results. - Experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities using data analysis and execution follow-up. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment.
