Responsibilities and Duties - Draft legal documents of low and medium complexity. - Conduct in-depth legal research. - Represent clients in labor hearings. - Manage cases and monitor deadlines. - Use technological tools for case management. - Participate in projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. - Prepare case reports. Requirements and Qualifications - Law degree with active OAB registration. - Experience in Labor Law. - Knowledge of labor legislation and labor procedure. - Proficiency in legal and IT tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Availability for occasional travel.
