elements.

working within the architecture or interior design space. You’ll play a key role in keeping
day-to-day tasks running smoothly while supporting internal processes and client
communication.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support across the business
Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Assist with data entry, document management, and organisation
Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and maintain accurate records
Support CRM management (e.g. HubSpot)
Organise and manage files using tools like Dropbox
Assist with project-related admin tasks as needed
