The company operates remotely, with an office in San Francisco. Responsibilities Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and operational execution for the growth of Matcha Web. Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, feature flags, pricing/fee tests, UX changes) to improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention. Optimize onboarding, token discovery, offer presentation, and trade flows, reducing friction and increasing successful trades. Use analysis, user research, and market insights to identify levers and set priorities. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver changes quickly and at high quality, and scale successful initiatives. Requirements At least 5 years of product management in crypto/FinTech or fast-growing web products. Proven experience in shipping and scaling web products with a focus on experimentation and UX optimization. Strong expertise in funnel analysis, cohorting, experiment design, metrics, and instrumentation. Crypto-fluent: Understanding of DEXs, wallets, and DeFi/trading mechanics; active use of crypto products. Data-driven, collaborative, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment. Willingness for ~two in-person team meetups annually (global) and related travel. Nice-to-have: Experience with trading/investing products, experimentation/analytics stacks (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Segment, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and technical understanding of API-driven systems.
