About Kraken Technologies Kraken Technologies, a subsidiary of the Octopus Energy Group, provides the Kraken platform globally to energy suppliers. Current clients include EDF, EON Next, Origin, Plenitude, and Tokyo Gas, with more clients expected to join in the coming years. What will you do in this position? We are currently working with a major Japanese client to implement Kraken and are expanding our team to lead the operational transformation and cultural reform that accompany the platform implementation. As a Client Implementation Lead, you will oversee clients’ operating models (how things get done) and operating environments (actual culture transformation programs). Your responsibilities range from coordinating, structuring, managing, and executing cultural transformation programs with clients. You will closely collaborate with technology teams, product managers, and client teams. A Client Implementation Lead embodies Kraken’s ways of working, identifies issues, creates solutions, and delivers them to clients through workshops and training. They play a key role in combining technology, process, and people to execute innovative cultural transformations for clients. Key roles and responsibilities: Supporting clients in operational transformation: - Lead the design and execution of culture transformation programs as a Client Implementation Lead. - Collaborate with the Kraken Transformation Director to guide clients on their transformation journey. - Work with Kraken Technologies’ implementation teams and clients to roll out culture programs, including leadership development and coaching. - Create plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful implementations. - Manage project progress, escalate issues, and eliminate roadblocks. Deliver coaching and workshops: - Collaborate with the Kraken team to provide coaching and mentoring to clients. - Prepare and execute workshops for training groups and leadership development. - Support an operational analysis based on client needs and translate findings into team programs. Other: - Willingness to travel as needed. - Enjoy ambiguity, act proactively, and take satisfaction in direct collaboration with clients. - Work with freedom, autonomy, and trust to maximize the value of a simple and ever-evolving technology platform. - Flexibility to support clients beyond your designated area if required. Perseverance: - Clients are undergoing significant changes, and progress may sometimes feel slow. Patience and repeated supportive efforts are required. In this position, you will work with a major client in Japan to implement Kraken, driving operational transformation and cultural reform as part of the platform rollout. As a Client Implementation Lead, you will oversee client operating models (how things get done) and operating environments (culture transformation programs), coordinating, structuring, managing, and executing extensive culture reform programs. You will work closely with technology teams, product managers, and client teams. A Client Implementation Lead embodies Kraken's principles, identifies challenges, creates solutions, and delivers them to clients through workshops and training. They help clients achieve cultural transformation by creatively integrating technology, processes, and people. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Supporting operational transformation: - Design and lead culture transformation programs as a Client Implementation Lead. - Collaborate with the Kraken Transformation Director to guide clients through their transformation journey. - Roll out culture programs, including leadership development and coaching, in partnership with Kraken Technologies’ implementation teams and clients. - Develop plans, timelines, and allocate resources for successful implementations. - Manage project progress, escalate issues, and remove barriers. Deliver coaching and workshops: - Work with the Kraken team to coach and mentor clients. - Prepare and organize leadership development workshops and training groups. - Analyze operations based on client needs and translate them into team programs. Other: - Travel may be required. - Open to dealing with ambiguity, proactively taking action, and enjoying direct client collaboration. - Work with freedom, autonomy, and trust, maximizing value from a simple yet innovative technology platform. - Flexibility to support clients beyond your immediate responsibilities, if necessary.
