In this role, you will play an important part in understanding user scenarios, ensuring consistency in behavioral patterns, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user journey.</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Experience &amp; skills</strong></div> <ul> <li>3+ years of commercial experience in web/ux/ui design.</li> <li>Confident proficiency in Figma.</li> <li>Experience working with components, libraries, and design frameworks.</li> <li>Ability to design user flows, interface logic, scenarios</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to design.</li> <li>English B2+</li> <li>Will be strong plus: experience in building and maintaining design systems.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Work approach</strong></div> <ul> <li>Flexibility in decision‑making (sometimes you’ll need to prepare several design concepts).</li> <li>Readiness for changes during the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Ability to quickly produce sketches and low-fidelity prototypes to present ideas.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Personal qualities</strong></div> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills.</li> <li>Responsibility and ownership.</li> <li>Ability to work independently.</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>Scope of typical tasks</strong></div> <ul> <li>In 2 words: maintaining, updating, and optimizing existing templates within the <a href="http://altium.com" target="_blank">altium.com</a> ecosystem.
