Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to supportday-to-day business operations. This is a part-time, remote role with an initial trial period andpotential for long-term engagement.The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy (especially with AI tools), and comfortableworking in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities● Provide general administrative support to the business● Conduct online research (e.g., companies, markets, contacts, travel-related insights)● Assist with preparing materials such as:     ○ Reports     ○ Presentations and pitch decks● Create and edit simple visual content using Canva● Support business development efforts through research and data gathering● Help prioritize and manage incoming tasks from the founder● Maintain clear and timely communication on progress and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience● Strong written and verbal English communication skills● Experience with AI tools (preferably Claude and/or Gemini)● Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level)● Excellent research and analytical skills● Strong organizational and time management abilities● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks● High level of responsiveness and reliability

Nice-to-Have● Experience in HR, organizational development, or consulting environments

● Familiarity with the hospitality and/or tourism industry● Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses
