● Customize agreements following instructions
● Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation
Corporate Compliance
● Support corporate compliance processes
● Maintain records and documentation
● Ensure all filings and documents are up to standard
HR & Payroll Support
● Assist with HR-related documentation
● Support payroll-related administrative processes Requirements
● US paralegal experience (ESSENTIAL)
● Strong understanding of corporate compliance
● Experience drafting contracts
● High attention to detail
Nice to Have
● Experience supporting HR/payroll processes
● Familiarity with legal tools or systems
