<li><span data-contrast="auto">6+ years of experience in the design, development, and debugging of distributed software </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Working knowledge of connection oriented and connectionless network protocol stacks (bonus for ICS network protocols)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid understanding of memory safety, performance optimization, and ownership model in Rust</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with design choices and best practices in Rust </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in protocol dissection, networking, and Linux systems programming</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with microservice system architecture and design patterns </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
