Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years in fashion merchandising, with a track record of owning collection architecture and assortment planning across multiple categories, ideally within a premium or luxury brand.
Solid experience working with sell-through, stock levels, option counts and budgets, using data to inform concrete product decisions.
Background in building and managing balanced assortments, combining core wardrobe pieces, commercial drivers and more directional, seasonal styles.
Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Buying and Planning in a structured, process-driven environment.
Exposure to global markets (APAC, EMEA, Americas), including adapting assortments to regional needs, is a plus.
Experience contributing to the development or evolution of a merchandising function is considered an advantage.
About You

A strong sense for what drives product performance.
Ability to think holistically about a collection, and an eye for brand consistency.
