Position: Scheduler

Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage scheduling for various projects and client appointments.
  • Monitor and update schedules regularly to accommodate changes and emerging needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to confirm and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support, including documentation and record-keeping related to scheduling activities.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Track progress and deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of timely updates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
