<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $210,000 annually. Total compensation will also include meaningful equity in the company. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.</span><br><br></p>
