Personal Assistant & Marketing Support VA
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support a multi-faceted entrepreneur managing a growing skincare brand alongside a career in entertainment and modeling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can handle both admin and light marketing tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will act as a right-hand assistant, taking over day-to-day operational and communication tasks so the founder can focus on growth and creative work.
Key Responsibilities
Admin & Communication

Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the founder

Handle routine and “easy” inbound communications

Draft and send professional replies
-
Make outbound calls when required
Scheduling & Personal Assistance

Manage calendar and appointments
-
Coordinate bookings and meetings
-
Assist with travel planning (flights, accommodation, logistics)
Marketing & Brand Support

Research and identify PR influencers for product promotion
-
Assist with outreach coordination
-
Support execution of ad campaigns (primarily Google & Pinterest ads)
-
Upload ads and track basic performance metrics
General Virtual Assistant Support

Conduct online research
-
Assist with ad hoc tasks across the business

Take initiative in identifying ways to reduce the founder’s workload
Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication
-
Previous VA / Personal Assistant experience
-
Comfortable handling emails independently
-
Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, influencers)
-
Highly organized and proactive
-
Able to work PST hours
Nice to Have

Experience with Google Ads or Pinterest Ads

Experience sourcing or working with influencers
-
Background supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands
