<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a vital member of the Growth team, you’ll be in charge of brainstorming and executing customized and targeted campaigns for different regions and objectives, whether it’s product launches or engagement campaigns. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Specialist with a strong background in User Lifecycle and Operations.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In this role, you will contribute to expansion of our user base and conversion funnel by moving beyond traditional marketing—owning the end-to-end user journey. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing and hard data, utilizing A/B testing, CRM automation, and deep data analysis to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth. If you are a logical problem-solver who thrives on analysis, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and quick execution, you’ll fit right in.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Own and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, In-app Banners, etc.) to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct rigorous A/B testing on messaging, payouts, and campaign structures using SQL and BI tools to track performance and refine strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Analyze post-campaign results against set KPI metrics to determine effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and manage growth projects such as voucher programs, task-based incentives, and loyalty schemes to move users through the lifecycle stages.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor deliverability metrics and user behavior data to identify friction points in the user journey and implement quick, logical solutions to improve conversion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage and optimize marketing budgets and strategic payouts, ensuring a high ROI and sustainable CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure marketing processes are streamlined and standardized across all touchpoints.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns in all targeted channels and follow up with measurement of those campaigns.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor landscape, and growth hacking best practices within the crypto and digital marketing ecosystem.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related relevant field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">At least 1 year of proven experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Operations. Candidates with experience from trading companies/crypto exchanges are preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Past experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Optimove.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiar with SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling for data-driven decision making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and perform ROI analysis.</span></li>
