Job Title: Compliance Admin Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: US Hours (9am–5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support the Legal and Compliance team with documentation, record keeping, and audit preparation.
  • Help monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions of required reports and documents.
  • Coordinate communication between compliance, legal teams, and other departments.
  • Assist with internal compliance training and help prepare materials for staff education.
  • Maintain organized compliance files and databases.
  • Conduct preliminary research on regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Support in preparing reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, compliance support, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team during US business hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.
