In this role, you will ensure that jobs offered to our partner network are accepted quickly, efficiently, and at the most competitive cost. The ideal candidate combines strong negotiation skills, technical understanding (ideally in CNC machining), and fluency in Mandarin to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.</p> <p data-start="827" data-end="949">This position plays a key part in maintaining delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and high-quality production outcomes.</p> <hr data-start="951" data-end="954"> <h2 data-start="956" data-end="983"><strong data-start="959" data-end="983">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3 data-start="985" data-end="1023"><strong data-start="989" data-end="1023">Sourcing &amp; Supplier Management</strong></h3> <ul data-start="1024" data-end="1277"> <li data-start="1024" data-end="1104"> <p data-start="1026" data-end="1104">Secure and analyze supplier quotations; negotiate optimal pricing and terms.</p> </li> <li data-start="1105" data-end="1197"> <p data-start="1107" data-end="1197">Recommend suppliers based on competitiveness in cost, quality, and delivery performance.</p> </li> <li data-start="1198" data-end="1277"> <p data-start="1200" data-end="1277">Maintain up-to-date records of partner offers, including price and lead time.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1279" data-end="1322"><strong data-start="1283" data-end="1322">Job Board Monitoring &amp;
