Sales Support Specialist

Brenntag Israel is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to manage and develop customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Handle customers’ needs via phone and, when required, through customer visits.
• Manage, develop, and maintain selected accounts to maximize sales and profitability.
• Identify business opportunities and support existing customers as well as prospects (lead generation).
• Execute remote sales activities: prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams, negotiate, close deals, and respond to RFQs.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and complete relevant reporting.
• Enter sales reports and sales orders into the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Fluency in Hebrew – required.
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to work independently.

• ניהול, פיתוח ושימור של חשבונות נבחרים במטרה למקסם מכירות ורווחיות.
• איתור הזדמנויות עסקיות ומתן מענה ללקוחות קיימים וללקוחות פוטנציאליים (יצירת לידים).
• ביצוע פעילויות מכירה מרחוק: הכנת הצעות, תיאום מול גורמים פנימיים, ניהול משא ומתן, סגירת עסקאות ומענה לבקשות להצעת מחיר (RFQ).
• תחזוקה ועדכון שוטף של מערכת CRM, כולל דיווחים רלוונטיים.
• הזנת דוחות מכירה והזמנות למערכת.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים במכירות.
• שליטה בעברית ברמת שפת אם – חובה.
• שליטה טובה באנגלית – יתרון.
• כישורי תקשורת ומכירה מצוינים ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.
