<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is an exciting opportunity for a <strong>Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern</strong> to gain hands-on experience and significantly contribute to our growth strategy in (depending on your native language) <strong>Netherlands, Baltics, CEE or Balkan</strong>. You'll work closely with our experienced senior sales operatives, learning the intricacies of retail partnerships, market analysis, and client and affiliate engagement in the crypto world. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into the sales process within a very dynamic international environment.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>This is a 4 or 6 months internship contract with a paid allowance. <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and (e.g.) calls, predominantly</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, this includes online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A <strong>strong interest in sales</strong>, crypto, and financial markets.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Previous exposure in a client facing role</strong>, handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages</strong> (both written and verbal) is required.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English</strong>.</span></li>
