This is a high-impact role where you’ll help lead key initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience as we continue migrating toward container-based services. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform.</li> <li>Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure on Azure.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Support our shift toward containerization (e.g. Kubernetes).</li> <li>Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation.</li> <li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability. </li> </ul> <h4>What We’re Looking For</h4> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in software engineering, including coding and technical problem-solving </li> <li>Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in a production environment.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.</li> <li>Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.</li> <li>Extensive hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and its ecosystem</li> <li>Expertise with the latest CI/CD tools such as GHA, Azure Devops, ArgoCD, FluxCD etc.</li> <li>Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design.</li> <li>Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.</li> <li>9+ years of relevant experience in Azure Architecture, DevOps/SRE or similar roles. </li> </ul> <h4>Why You’ll Love Working Here</h4> <ul> <li>A supportive, remote-first culture focused on impact and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Opportunities to influence technical direction and make meaningful contributions.</li> <li>Work with smart, dynamichumble people who care deeply about learning and innovation.</li> <li>Drive the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC).</li> <li>Develop tools to empower developers to manage their codebases effectively.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and dependencies.</li> <li>Implement and configure new development tools and infrastructure.</li> <li>Optimize software delivery through process automation and best practices.</li> <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <div> <div> Compensation <div>We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.</div> <div>The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000.
