Who are we looking for
We are looking for a B2C Digital Marketing / Lead Generation specialist to manage our Worldwide Talent Acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. Your goal will be to bring tech professionals looking for new jobs to Landing.Jobs.
Your role will be all about:
- Define, budget, execute and monitor digital user acquisition campaigns for our products across different channels (Facebook, Google, Linkedin, etc)
- Manage our publisher partners (partners who publish our jobs), monitoring their performance and finding new ones
- Support the definition of the budget for Paid Talent Acquisition, and be responsible for its execution and monitoring
- Analyse and report results to management, using them to guide future decisions about budget, channels, campaigns and audiences, proactively suggesting improvements
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to ensure Landing.Jobs stays ahead of the game in its strategy to engage and grow our user base
