Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and document shared UI components, including tests and bug fixes. Lead the team’s technical direction, make architectural decisions, and drive complex technical projects. Promote UI/UX standards, accessibility, and best practices, and provide training and mentoring to engineers. Requirements At least 5–8 years of professional experience in frontend engineering with a focus on design systems and accessibility. Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, component architecture, state management, and frontend performance. Leadership experience: mentoring, technical decision-making, and ability to communicate across teams; eligible to work in the USA without employment sponsorship.
