Managing distribution systems in both frontend and backend infrastructures. Analyzing and utilizing MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities. Negotiating with distributors and developing their sales teams. Building relationships in the trade to strengthen market position with market feedback to the branch. Analyzing ways to improve competitive positioning through better customer service. Monitoring the performance of distributors and their sales teams, including initiating corrective actions. Qualifications A completed bachelor’s degree is required. At least 2 years of experience in channel sales. Excellent skills in ROI calculations and sales management. Familiarity with distributor agreements and sales planning. Experience in planning and executing promotional activities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
